Removal workflow
- Submit a verified contact request for take-down.
- If urgent, emergency unpublish is immediate.
- Standard process records the reason and response target, then performs cache/media propagation.
- Reinstatement requires re-verification, not blind reversal.
Public contact
- Contact owner identity and publication owner are listed before launch and versioned in governance docs.
- If required by law, the contact path includes a designated rights-receiving mechanism.
- Until launch, the provisional rights path is `[email protected]` with role labels (Rights Owner and Publication Owner) tracked in governance notes.
Operational rights contacts (MVP governance)
- Rights request owner: Ros (`[email protected]`), listed as the designated rights approver.
- Response target:
- Acknowledgement: within one business day.

- Urgent emergency takedown: within 24 hours.
- Emergency unpublish path:
- Use subject `URGENT REMOVAL` and title `Cat meme removal request`.

- Expected action: immediate unpublish of template/meme, cache purge, and API/page/media suppression within the stated SLA.
